Vinyasa
In our Vinyasa class, we will lead you through a challenging flow with movements designed to build mental and physical strength to advance your yoga practice. You can expect this practice to be more fluid as poses are connected in a seamless pattern based on the sun salutation.
Power Vinyasa Flow
Power Vinyasa Flow also known as “Power Yoga” is similar to our Vinyasa class, but designed to be more of an athletic style of flow yoga that offers a physically challenging workout. We will lead you through a fast-paced class with emphasis on alignment within the physical postures, aimed to help you build more strength into your yoga practice.
Hatha
Hatha Yoga strives to achieve balance between body and mind, as well as attempts to free the more subtle spiritual elements of the mind through physical poses or asanas, breathing techniques or pranayama, and meditation. Generally, our hatha classes will have an emphasis on static holds and alignment.
Hatha Flow
Strength, movement, and stillness. An hour of hatha-based flow. Beginners welcome
Yin
Yin Yoga uses seated postures which are rehearsed for 3-5 minutes with attention to the quality of breath and an inward focus. This invites the Parasympathetic Nervous System to become active. Physically, Yin targets connective tissues: joints, tendons, ligaments and fascia. Benefits of this class include increased flexibility and circulation and stress reduction.
Warm Vinyasa
In our Warm Vinyasa class, we will lead you through a challenging flow with movements designed to build mental and physical strength to advance your yoga practice. You can expect this practice to be more fluid as poses are connected in a seamless pattern based on the sun salutation. Our goal temperature for Warm Vinyasa classes is 80-90 degrees.
Hot Vinyasa
In our Hot Vinyasa class, we will lead you through a challenging flow with movements designed to build mental and physical strength to advance your yoga practice. You can expect this practice to be more fluid as poses are connected in a seamless pattern based on the sun salutation. Our goal temperature for Hot Vinyasa classes is 90-100 degrees.
Warm Hatha

Hot Yoga 60
50 minutes asana + 5 minutes pranayama, 5 minute savasana. Seriously fun!
